I got the impression that you spent the week building up to the last two panels. If so…it was well worth it. "God Damn us, everyone" and "The savings must flow" Two of the best lines I have read in a long time.

"God Damn Us, Every One." thats the title of one of my friends christmas poems. Got an A+ on it despite the title.

''God damn us everyone'' was my favorite part.

It's sad that people have actually been trampled to death on Black Friday.

Third panel was my favorite…until I read panel 4. Sorry but I'm a sucker for Dune.

Seriously…who isn't? I thought the 84 movie was atrocious, so was resistant to read the book…then I did.

        Best

        Book

        EVER!

Your reference to it here, sir, is nothing short of brilliant!

Um… I'm from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and "Black Friday" here refers to a day when tornados ripped through the city and did a great deal of damage.

    I'm so confused.

Black Friday in the United States is the biggest shopping day of the year, with stores opening extremely early and shoppers crowding around the doors waiting for the stores to open. Stores often have "door-buster" sales at this time, and it's a VERY appropriate name. People do sometimes get trampled, and I know of at least one death(a Wal-Mart employee).

Black Friday occurs the day after Thanksgiving(4th Thursday of November) in the United States.

Ah, your Black Friday is about shopping. Ours is about a natural disaster. Somehow, that fits. lol

As another non-USA-ite, it also used to confuse me – I believe (and I'm open to correction here) that it's called Black Friday as it's when a lot of the retailers get the accounts back in the black from the sales.

As a side note, Wal-Mart stopped calling it Black Friday; probably because of the employee death. They now just call it “The Event”.

Eventually, the Butlerian Jihad shut his dealership down. Maybe including a free iPad with every purchase wasn't such a great idea after all.

Does Paul Atreides have a necktie on the last panel, or just looks like it?

Anyways, Merry Christmas to You all!!! 🙂

Jesus Bug being told twice now to get out of the story is probably my favourite part. That and Paul Abugdes standing in the same position after awakening and when selling cars.

Class series of comics all around.
