Actually, Hitler Bug historically landed heads, twice. The school turned him away twice, resulting in him going to war during WWI and rising up the ranks so fast he eventually became Chancellor of Germany. See #5 here: http://www.cracked.com/article_17298_6-random-coincidences-that-created-modern-world.html

He was a nobody in the military and he actually despised the officers. He used his charisma after the war to eventually work his way up to chancellor by promising people he could fix Germany by killing 6 million people. He was very persuading, apparently.

My source was Cracked.com, so you can probably tell I didn’t do loads of research on the subject. Sorry.

He wasn’t even that persuading. It’s just that people don’t argue with the guy who kills all his political competition … like Putin.

Umm… he didn’t really promise to make Germany better by killing people, though. And he didn’t kill all his competition… in the beginning, at least, Hitler simply promised the Germans what they wanted.
(Yeahh, lame years-old reply is lame… still)

I would try a seahorse gordita crunch, if I wouldn’t be afraid of having mental images of happy seahorses the whole time I was eating it.

Don’t remove it, it fits the style of humor that this comic has, at least in my opinion. And we all know my opinion is all that matters.* 🙂

*Sentence not approved for all audiences, sentence probably an outright lie, or at best a serious exaggeration.

Solzhenitsyn said that the dividing line between good and evil runs not between people but down the middle of every human heart. Illustrate that!

Actually, the concept of Good and Evil is not so black and white. Think of it as a color chart: every pixel is different shade/blend of each color. Everyone has a different blend of Good and Evil within them (depending on their personality, knowledge, and total life experience). Also, plenty of people who have done bad things in the past think that think what they’ve done is for the better for themselves and what they believe in. There is more to this concept and is very difficult to grasp at first. Its best to learn it on your own through experience.

People are inherently evil. Anybody is capable of heinous acts. It takes a moral and ethical upbringing to mold us into people who know the difference between right and wrong. Its the only thing that separates us from animals.

Depends on your concept of goodness. Humanity evolved with a pack society; early humans literally could not survive outside of this society. Purely evil humans could not have survived in this environment, as their selfish actions would get them killed by the other members of the pack. Therefore, humans aren’t completely evil. However, the natural forces of evolution favor the selfish overall, so, while humans had to evolve to survive in a pack society, they also evolved to be as selfish as they could while still conforming to the rules of this society. Therefore, humans aren’t completely good. Really, though, morality is relatively arbitrary.

It saddens me to think what Adam might have become had he been able to afford the back-of-the-comic-book art school test! (P1, bottom left.) Alas, I too was too indigent 🙁

But if Adam still has his old submission lying around, it sure would be a hoot if he posted it 🙂

Oop. Too late. Turning evil has been a common reoccurring thought for me my whole life. I know I’ll never go for it, but it sure is fun to think about, especially when you imagine yourself going totally all-out supervillain (I think a lot of people secretly wish for such a life). = P
