If he only had a couple he might have partially sobered up by the time they got around to photographing him. Or maybe he got drunk, performed the lewd act, then passed out, so they let him sleep it off in a cell before processing him.

I live alone in a flat and a female friend recently moved in… The sheer level of cleanin, laundring and washing dishes which suddenly appeared out of thin air is still scary for me.
