Xbox, eh? Apparently Tiny Tim prioritizes graphics and sound quality over enjoyability of games. Zing!

“Move it, Lady! I’m low on oreos!” not only is that the story of my life, but still not a bigger problem than a butter shortage.

Oh the butter “shortage”. All because foreign butter somehow wasn’t good enough.

Apparently, it was also caused by Norwegian celebrity chef Paula Deenfyörgen.

I actually enjoy eating fruit, but it’s still a terrible gift.

It’s the fruit flies that come with them! That’s what it is, isn’t it Adam? Nobody’s going to eat that fruit, and then the flies show up, and even when you throw the fruit away (after waiting waaaay too long, in the hopes that some random passerby will want it), the flies keep hanging around…amiright?

Baskets of any type of food are always welcome with you’re low on money.

    And…I actually like fruit. 😡

The real problem with fruit baskets is the time limit on their being edible.

Panel 4: I will donate to any charity that DOESN’T send me address labels. Who uses those things anymore? I have enough already for the rest of my life.

And now two Bugless days, poot.

I got a box of 4 individually wrapped peaches as a gift which seemed lame – but then I found that they were by far the best peaches ever grown. Now I am hoping someone will send me peaches again…

Y’know, I just realized. Fruit baskets are a culture thing… Over here people don’t give them as gifts. They give candy baskets and such. 😀

To heck with that- I LOVE getting gift baskets for Christmas, *especially* the fruit. It’s always great quality. I even like the fake cheese.

“I hate them so much that I consider NOT receiving one a gift.” Shouldn’t it be ‘as a’? Sorry, I hate being that person.

Why do people say “it’s the least I could do”? Are people just imply that they are so lazy and just did least they could do?

I never thought of it that way, but that is the implication, just likely not the intentional one. I always it was just a way of feigning modest like “Oh, it was nothing.” or “It was what anybody would have done.” or “I’m not a hero. I’m just doing my job.”
