The book “Beatles” by Lars Saabye Christensen has a character that lit a firecracker in his mouth. When he tried to pull it out the paper had moistened just enough to stick to the insides of his cheeks. Boom. He lived, but was rather disfigured.
There was a news story a few years ago about some guy who, egged on by his comrades, bent over and put a small rocket somewhere else. There was no woman present to be the voice of sanity, so it didn’t end well. I think this is called natural selection.

Huh… I didn’t know they had eyebrows.
They can occasionally be seen raised in surprise. (yesterday, panel 4)
A fellow scout once burned off his eyebrows and gave himself a wicked nose blister in that same fashion.
