“It’s” is a contraction of “it is” and it’s correct in this context. The genitive case would be “its”.

And somebody mentioned it a long time ago, so now every time there’s a Bug with overalls and/or a mustache, I hear it in Scruffy the Janitors’ voice (from Futurama) in my head.
If you look at the first panel without the caption, it looks like he calls dibs on the kid not on the box. lol
I’m just like this. There are so many boxes at where I work, I just can’t resist occasionally crawling into one, or putting one over my head.
