Hey Adam, what’s up with the wonky comic updates?

Howdy folks!

So as many of you have noticed, I have not been posting new comics at my normal rate (new strips every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for a while now. Long story short: I have a lot on my plate right now, but hope to get back to posting three days a week by next month.

I’m currently working a full-time job and my family and I are in the process of moving to a new house. On top of that, my wife and I are expecting a new baby! Woo-hoo! The little one won’t be here till April, but, as anyone who has lived with a pregnant woman will tell you, making a baby takes a lot out of a mom. So I’ve had to step up my game around the house, as well as keep our three year old occupied.

But I’m not complaining! These are all good things, but things that have consumed a lot of my free time. I’m very hopeful that once we’re moved in and settled I can get back to updating Bug Martini three days a week.

I’ll do my best to keep you guys posted.

Congrats / condolences (take your pick :-)) on the second kid =)

Thanks for informing us, I for one was indeed wondering what’s up, but I think we all get it. All the stuff you have on your plate + living in the state with daily new records in COVID19 cases must be really taxing.

So you and your family stay safe and stay healthy and we’ll make due with those strips we get until the worst is over!

PS: But I do hope you had time to vote in this swing state of yours. Having someone competent in charge again would probably be a good idea (speaking as someone from a country with a scientist leader) 😉
