On our one year anniversary my wife and I went to a fancy french restaurant and I was the only person there not drinking wine. It made me feel very redneckish drinking beer with all that fancy wine sniffing going on around me

If they serve beer, you can’t be the only one. If it was good beer, you definitely aren’t the only one.

Wine and a bowl of Cheerios would be OK. Cheerios in wine, not so much.

“Slow versions of 80’s pop songs” reminds me of chinese restaurants.
There must be versions of those songs in every traditional musical instrument around the world.

Given Janet’s wardrobe “malfunction,” your comment isn’t untimely… Looking back on it, at least.

I’m just sad the spies weren’t dressed in RED and BLU outfits with paper masks attached by tiny string on their faces.

Someone said he ordered a Coke in a French restaurant and the waiter muttered, “Ah… le vin Americaine.”

I imagined the spies wearing a black hat and the other with a white one. Both hats similiar to the hats worn by Spy vs Spy. the bugs are also wearing false noses that look like conical party hats. I must be MAD.

    Cheerios? Not chéri-os?

Little known fact: France do produce a lot of beer too, like in Alsace or in the North. Not as good as the ones from Belgium though. Also, Normandy and Brittany having a lot of apples, you can find good cider there. Any good restaurant from Brittany or Normandy will serve you cider in a bowl with the main dish (if you pay for it, of course).
Did I already said that I was French?
