Nice. Reply TinoKP on July 10, 2012 at 1:09 am more like comarexia! Reply Fred on July 10, 2012 at 1:09 am Now why didn’t I think of that? Reply Jeff on July 10, 2012 at 1:14 am Bug thinking “Score” while in a coma is hilarious! So is “Derp-a-doo”, and the inevitability of getting hit by a car if you’re on a bike. Brilliant! Reply Jep on July 10, 2012 at 1:16 am The first two panels literally made me lol. Reply Sabreur on July 10, 2012 at 1:17 am Tragically, coma patients tend to *gain* weight (at least at first) due to the body retaining fluids. Reply Frances on July 10, 2012 at 1:22 am Do Bugs retain fluid? Reply Mr. Pants on July 10, 2012 at 3:08 am I used to be a fat guy, then I got a job as a “Package Handler.” I’m being paid to work off my excess flab AND give myself spinal injuries! Kaching! Reply Jason on July 10, 2012 at 7:38 am Huh… If I were to tell my wife to handle my package as a way to lose weight, I don’t think it would go over as well. Reply Flávio on July 10, 2012 at 3:25 am Must try this method. I have a bike, is there anyone willing to have a new dent in the car? Reply Smurfie on July 10, 2012 at 4:33 am I love that the comatosed bug asscually have brain activity.. very funny Reply pastordan on July 10, 2012 at 7:17 am With a little stubble, we could have a House bug in panel 4… Reply washhandsb4work on July 10, 2012 at 8:03 am Depression induced anorexia works best for me…just get dumped and the pounds just fall off and you don’t have the uncertainty that you might not wake from the coma! Reply Victor on July 10, 2012 at 8:16 am The other technique is diarrhea, less painful and coma-ish. Only problem was that you put back weight faster. Reply Hubcaps on July 10, 2012 at 8:31 am Send me the words to “derp-a-doo”, it will help get me through my daily ten mile bike ride. Reply Shadlyn Wolfe on July 10, 2012 at 9:26 am I started playing Mass Effect this week. Put in two full days of that game over the weekend. Forgot to get up and eat more than one meal a day. Lost three pounds. Happy…but I’m not playing for a couple days. I think I better let my body have some food sometimes. Reply MrSnow on July 18, 2012 at 7:05 pm dont worry wen u get to #3 u wont be putting in many days Reply LanceThruster on July 10, 2012 at 9:59 am There’s a whole category of Bug comics that are clearly PSA’s for our benefit and well being. Thank you sir, may I please have another? Reply Clownwithoutmakeup on July 10, 2012 at 10:11 am i am incorporating derp-a-doo into my every day vocabulary Reply Rhea on July 10, 2012 at 11:46 am When you start putting the weight back on, you repeat, right? Reply Karine1976 on July 10, 2012 at 7:23 pm Test Reply Clownwithoutmakeup on July 12, 2012 at 6:19 pm ical Reply MrSnow on July 18, 2012 at 7:09 pm it would be better just to be fat than go through a pain in the ass plan like that Reply MrSnow on July 18, 2012 at 7:10 pm no offense though adam and of course its hilarious Reply bethluvsbooks on July 20, 2012 at 4:17 pm ….stop stealing my plans Reply James on August 2, 2012 at 11:46 am As a cyclist, I’m all about defending the cyclist’s right to the road, but the illustration clearly shows that bug hit the car, and not the other way around. (I had the same kind of run-in with a deer once.) Reply DressesAreStupid on May 22, 2013 at 1:16 pm I almost hit a deer with my moped once. I got surprised while driving just about a hundred metres from my house, even if we live out in the country the deers usually stay away from houses. Reply DressesAreStupid on May 22, 2013 at 1:18 pm And we do actually live in a little town, up on a small hill surrounded by houses. The deer came from a backyard and ran into another one. True story. Reply Bug Watcher on August 13, 2012 at 7:10 pm Lol, completely psycho. 😀 Reply David on March 5, 2013 at 10:36 pm Bug has never looked so svelte.
