And you just made me think of Bug as sexy. Thank you Adam… 0_o
I do swing but I’m not married. Let me tell you, there are nights when offering someone $50 seems like a good idea. lol
Is it bad if I love the title of the comic as much as the comic itself?
First I read “… a better (sic!) form of Prostitution”. Funny although…
todays comic is awkward i’ll be back tommorow
First panel is so funny!!
Good to see bug back at full strength with the masthead logo and the nonwheat background n everythang. Secret service best bug pointing back is the perfect visual cue so we know that padre isn’t the one getting lucky. Aww poor padre. I like this version of ponytail bug too. Her ponytail seems to have a lot of volume while still naturally following the contour of her back. What shampoo does she use? Also, isn’t it “each will accuse” 😛
I think that is short hair girl with a bridal veil.
no ponytail bug’s there too in the last panel
Lol, swinging always sounded fun, but you raise a very good point. You’ve given me a lot to think about. In return I’ll give you something to think about….. if you want to be happy, force your face to smile. Then you’ll feel crazy. But also, you’ll feel happier, happy causes smile, but it works the other way too. …..Yeah, I’m a little disappointed in my ‘make you think’ thing too. Perhaps after coffee…
Last panel reminds me of the Saffire song, “There’s Lightning in These Thunder Thighs”.
I will be completely honest: I don’t like sex jokes. I think they are juvenile attempts at cheap laughs. I’m dissapointed in you today, I hope future comics will refrain from cheap humor.
Wow, judging by some of these comments (and lack thereof), the title might just reflect people’s reaction to today’s strip. *rimshot* ty, ty very much I’m here all week.
But seriously, how long have you been a bug fan? Two days or something? Adam’s done plenty of raunchier strips. Just click the random button up there. And it’s not like he does them every day. I thought the whole point of being a webcomic is to have the freedom to take risks without the fear of an editor hovering over your shoulder.
If you’re easily offended, maybe you should go back to reading nice, safe, syndicated comics in your local newspaper. Also, stay off this nasty internet thing in general. Just a thought.
This comment: FTW!
i respectfully disagree, this comic is great! First panel is gold 😀
Oh please, holier-than-thou comics are next URL over, buckwheat.
I’ve read the entire archive and I do know there are sex jokes in others, I don’t like those either. Thank you Frances for stating that you respectfully disagree with me, it’s more than the mob spirit of the web usually offers.
I realize though that my comment was a bit harsh, but hopefully Adam can take my criticism better than most of you can. I enjoy most of his humor; I just find sex jokes juvenile and believe them to be over-done.
Adam’s done strips that I haven’t much cared for either. Making fun of the Amish? A group of people who aren’t even on the net to defend themselves? Pretty cheap shot. You know what I did? I didn’t comment that day. You’re entitled to your own sensibilities, but please don’t stifle Adam’s creativity by dictating to him what he should and shouldn’t do.
But if you do happen to be at an Amish barn raising, saying wigga bigga boo would be totally appropriate
Actually, it is quite possible that there are Amish online, depending on the sect of Amish they are and whether they have certain content filtered out. Amish usually decide to ban technology only if they decide it hurts more than it helps. In fact, there was recently an Amish man arrested for Sexting a teenager with his iPhone. I was rather surprised to see that in the news, but it sure opened my eyes to how the Amish actually work.
Well, I happen to like sex jokes, so we seem to be at an impasse.
So funny! Love the last panel. Keep it up Adam!
HAHA! Love the second panel!
hahaha bitter prostitution
