Well, until he died, you might be thinking of Don LaFontaine. He definitely has that Narrator/Announcer voice. Of doom.

Haha! Great, now that voice is stuck in my head, and everyone around me are wondering why I’m smirking.

I can relate. Sometimes I’ll realize that I’ve started mentally narrating what I’m doing in 3rd person/as if I were watching it in a movie or reading it in a book.

It also reminds me of when you read a quote from a movie or something, or a quote below a picture of someone you recognize, and you read it in their voice.

When you’re pushing on the hotel room door, you definitely should not think about Jack Nicholson saying “Heeeeeere’s Johnny!”

“Corporate bags of Donkey Poo”…I think we have a new catchphrase! It’s either that or “Predator Drones”.
But seriously…I think Bug might need some Xanax or something, poor little guy.

This is right up there with the strip about thinking that anybody walking toward you on the street is going to stab you. I guess it comes down to either being chased with predator drones or spending the whole vacation in your hotel room starving because you won’t open the door to room service.

Huh. I’da figured bug’s idea of a vacation would involve playing Skyrim for 300 hours nonstop.

Hula skirt and predator drones. Is that a movie reference? If not, we need to use it in one somewhere. XD
