I think the Sidekick Union had enough of Dr. Jones when someone jokingly threw a plastic snake at him and he flipped out… They sent in the rookie.

strangely, the lack of title panel added extra hilarity for me (though it's probably just because no-one could make out the NY logo otherwise).
