Exit Strategy #97 – You pretend you have a call on your cell phone then you Tazer him and say that you have received a "shocking phone call and have to go." Left him with the check and go about your night.

I love how nerd bug is so clueless as to say ''Aquaman''. I also like that you chose The Riddler because he was the only villain who wasn't in the asylum in the game.

Penguin. Catwoman. Clayface. Hush. Talia. Mad Hatter. Hugo Strange. I could keep going with examples as to how you’re wrong.

Godspeed, Aquaman! Your amazing talking-to-fish powers will soon have the Riddler back in custody!

Unless he's on land, of course …

Oh, I dunno, Aquaman can be pretty awesome if the story's written well. Just look at his appearances on Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. They do a good job of pointing out some often overlooked Secondary Powers he requires in order to do what he does, which is swim at speeds fast enough to get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time and survive at extreme pressures under water.

Woot! Another comic staring girl bug! Loved the last panel, kinda makes me think about how we girls always have a friend call us half an hour into the date, in case we need a bad date rescue.

Example: Call me in a half hour, if the date stinks I'll just tell him the Riddler got loose.

I can just see how this would lead to panel 4. XD

    Friend: Hows the date going?

Girl Bug: Don't ask. Get ready to launch escape plan death.

Friend: Gotcha. Wanna do the fake drive by again? Or you want the harpoon this time?

These days there are apps for smartphones to "call" you whenever you like. Guys use them too, to get out of meetings at work. 😀

I had one girl fake that her dog ate something too big and had a blockage and was hurling all over her apartment and choking.

    Points for originality I suppose?

Yup, we believe you "Steve" – that's just what happened. Points for trying, I suppose.

How many girl-bugs have harpooned themselves to get out of a date with Nerd Bug?

Just as a creepy afterthought, I feel like nerdbug wouldn't have much of a problem with panel 4, deathwise…

I feel the “Godspeed, Aquaman” thing is a reference to Seinfeld. The same episode when George had lost his glasses and had to use prescription goggles…

also, what a coincidence! My name is Adam as well. 😀
