Huh… For some reason I’ve never had a problem keeping track of which one is in California and which is in Florida.

That’s kind of strange, because that’s EXACTLY the kind of thing I often have trouble remembering (like remembering if my co-worker’s name is Travis or Trevor).

Who knows… Maybe from now on I’ll forget where the Disneylands are due to subconscious thoughts caused by today’s cartoon.

I should come up with a mnemonic. How about: The one with “-land” is in California because the first three letters of “land” are in the name “California”, and the one with “-world” is in Florida because the last four letters in “world” are in the name “Florida”. (Most of its letters are found in the state.)

I always remembered it as opposites. California, the larger state, has DisneyLand. Florida, the smaller state, has DisneyWorld.

Similar to Euphgeek, I do this:
    (C)alifornia – Disney(L)and
    (F)lorida – Disney (W)orld

The lower letter (alphabetically) has the lower park name. C is lower than F. L is lower than W.

Shouldn’t the reminder tattoo be upside down so Adam-Bug can read it?

Also, Disneyland is near Holleywoodland. And Disneyworld is in Florida, where World War III starts.

    *listens to IFB*

Um… nevermind on that last part. *wanders off mumbling angrily about forgetting what time I’m in*

A “land” is usually smaller than a “world,” as a given world will have many lands. The park in CA is smaller than the park in FL, so CA is Disneyland and FL is Disney World. But good luck with the one word vs. two words business…

It’s 3 words. Walt Disney World. Despite what the signs on I-4 say.

    CaliforNia – DisneylaNd
    FloRida – DisneywoRld

It only gets confusing if you take into account other countries like France and Japan

Great comic!! The one thing they have in common is that they are both incredibly expensive!!!!!!

Won’t Disney confiscate your comic now on grounds that you have violated their IP with those mouse ears in panel 1?

Disneyland is the one that’s next to Disney’s California Adventure, if that helps
