Most west-coasters aren’t aware of Hardee’s, and most east-coasters are not aware of Carl’s Jr. This has always confused me, as they are the exact same restaurant.

And most Europeans are aware of neither. I had to google it to find out it was just another fast food chain.

Um… I’ve never heard of Hardee’s either, but i assumed that it was a restaurant because, after all, it makes sense. Do we need to pick it apart?

“None of our Ex-Navy Seals wanted to go after him, so we sent our intern.”
“Did you tell him to pick up some coffee when he comes back?”

Moderate-ton instead of what? Megaton? In that case, I don’t get it 🙁

Basically its a joke on the modifier (for lack of a better phrase) “mega.” Switching it to “moderate” implies a lesser payload, smaller explosion, etc., sticking with the not-as-evil/terrible as public enemy #1.

Noooooooooo 🙁 I just finished going through the archive, now I have to wait everyday for a new comic 🙁 On the plus side, I’ll have way more free time now!
Hey Adam, I have 15 webcomics I follow on a daily base, and honestly, you’re my #1, I like your sense of humour and I often feel compelled by your train of thoughts, I can’t keep the count of every time I read your comic and thought : “Pheww I’m not the only one thinking that :O”
Thank you for sharing your way of seeing things, it’s very refreshing! As soon as I am a littlebit more free on cash, I’m gonna contribute on Patreon 🙂 Keep up the awesome work 🙂
(P.S : I’m from Québec, Canada! You have french canadian fans now 😉 )

Apparently you’ve never seen the movie McHale’s Navy. It pretty much refutes your entire strip. 🙂

Yeah, but Public Enemy No. 2 doesn’t get to have schoolkids singing about how great they are…

The thing most people fail to realize is that when you take down the #1 bad guy, #2 suddenly jumps up to #1. If you’ve ever played No More Heroes you should be aware of this, as Travis Touchdown carries all the UAA members below him to a new rank every time he earns his next Klingon Promotion.

Well, it’s that or a power vortex if there’s no official ranking system and more than one person thinks they deserve to be the new #1.
