Doesn’t seem particularly wise to mace the big gun-less burglar when his gun-wielding companion is standing right next to him… But hilarious, nonetheless!

Excuse me while I go buy some mace…

Even if those burglars reform from their lives of sin at least they’ll have sweet ghost costumes. A cop calling someone a jerk? Police brutality at its’ worst. Goes without saying but great comic once again.

My dad maced a cockroach out of boredom one time. The cockroach just kept scuttling on like nothing was wrong, and my dad ended up sick for a week.

So yes, some people do in fact mace themselves out of boredom.

For some reason cop bug sounds like Scruffy from Futurama in my head.

It’s the Universal Law of Mustachioed Voices. Any two people with similar or identical mustaches will have similar or identical voices in your head.

I love Cop-Bug’s mustache. It’s a hilariously drawn mustache! And now…he sounds like Scruffy. Thanks for that.
Burglar Bugs’ masks are awesome too! And Wife-Bug always kills me with her attitude. No sympathy, just mad she has to clean the gutters.
And the little “woo hoo” in the middle of the coughing really sells it, man.
Good job, Adam. The only part that sucks is now I have to wait clear ’til Monday for my daily Bug fix. Can’t you go 7 days a week?
    C’monnnnnnn!

I hear that using a can of mace as a hammer is a poor idea. I think that falls in the panel 1 category. Also heard of somebody opening one on a Chicago bus for no apparent reason, possibly panel 2, resulting in the bus going down the street with everyone hanging out the windows.

My friend maced herself simply to see how it felt. Apparently she had red eyes for couple days and couldn’t wear contacts for a while.

Hey, Adam, just out of curiosity, how far in advance do you draw the comics? Do you do the ones for the day on that day (which seems like it’d be a mite stressful), or the weeks worth that weekend, or what?

Folks, we need to make sure that folks who are willing to mace themselves get removed from the gene pool. Probably by by knocking their pumpkin bombs off with a yoyo.
