Also, you can tell Adam really loves to draw flailing antennae. He is the flailing antennae effing master. Finally, Top gun ST? Nice. But I still prefer good ol’ Ride of the Valkyries — preferrably the Queen version off the Flash Gordon ST (which mysteriously got retitled Attack of the Hawk Men).
Weird. I didn’t even notice the four-finger thing. I assumed the second hand was a “thumbs up” to go along with the count of 5. See how much attention I pay?
Well, the only bad thing I can see here is that after tomorrow, I’ll have to wait a WHOLE 2 DAYS to get my Bug fix again next Monday….
I’m starting to not like these theme weeks as much anymore. I like reading because I know every single strip is going to be totally off the wall, but now I read the first panel and think “oh, this again”. Not that they aren’t funny, but I would like to see more random.
I think, in general, he’s whatever handedness makes for the least cluttered dialogue. Would that all webcomics be so thoughtful. But in this case, the mirror imaging between panels 3 and 5 reflects (see what I did there) the exact opposite nature of the activities depicted. OR it could be that bug is right handed and the battle axe is just a ruse to fake out his victims while he creams them with the ghetto blaster. On the way back he needs to switch off to defend his spoils against other, equally wily barbaribugs who know all his little tricks.
HAHAHA! That would so be my brother! Oh wait…I need to seriously rethink the fact that he joined the Marines and hopes someday to receive a double bladed axe for x-mas. Hmmm.
I’m so glad I don’t have a driver’s license, because I’m that one religious person whose car everybody would judge: I’d have both a coexist bumper sticker and at least one Jesus fish. (And maybe an archaeopteryx or something to confuse people…hmmmmmmm…)
