Panel 3 was the laugh-out-loud panel for me today!

“Huh…” thinks the narrator bug in the third panel, as he watches the head of a fellow (human?) bug fly across the room, “I guess being directly behind a Klingon isn’t all that bad. I can see some advantages.”

Oh, and it’s fun to see a bug-version of a Klingon. (Or a Klingon version of a bug.)

    Excellent Bat’Leth, by the way.

Even though I’ve not lived in WI for nearly 25years, panels 1 & 4 are totally what I think as well about WI-DMV….the logo has always bugged me in the same way. The old lady in the 4th panel reminds me of everyone at the Waukesha station.

Same here, panel 3 is real classic ‘Bug Martini’.
There’s a literal alien in front of you in line reducing the people in front by chopping their heads off.
And all the author does is notice the flying heads and probably (in mind) think ‘hmm… this is much faster’.
    LOL indeed !

Classic ‘Bug Martini’ this one. Instant LOL in panel 3.
Imagine you’re in line and ahead of you is an impatient alien who’s idea of making things faster is killing all in front of him/her in queue.
Good luck being behind the Klingon than in front (which might also be generalized).
Klingon as ‘Organ donor’ ? Collect all of the dead corpses first of people he/she killed.

Yup – Wisconsin DMV kind of sucks. Slow even pre-pandemic, I’m sure it’s nearly glacial now.
