I don’t think flossing would be -quite- necessary horn care. You appear to be using ‘floss’ in the dental sense; dental floss is designed to get between teeth, because they grow together and leave a space too small for a brush. If you only grew a single tooth on the top and bottom, you wouldn’t need to floss because you could brush them on all sides. You’d only need to floss if your horns grew in a curl or a very sharp bend.

Wearing winter hats would be near impossible, even if you put holes in the hats to accommodate the horns they would just let all the warmth leak out. I would possibly freeze to death.

But no matter how hard the storm, your hat would stay on.

The second panel was my Laugh-Out-Loud panel for the day.

Don’t some bugs have horns, though?

Rhino beetles, for one. However, we’re not concerned with whether a bug has horns, we’re concerned about whether a -Bug- has horns.

And then I’d get taken to a castle where I have to lead a pale girl around, fighting shadow monsters and solving puzzles..

I bought that game on a whim when it came out. Knew nothing about it, previously, and fell in love with it.

I think I beat it in a few days.

ICO isn’t meant to take very long to beat. It’s a short, beautiful story designed to make you feel good. For the people who fail to feel their emotions, the PS3 version has trophies for beating it in 4 hours or half.

And then you get imprisoned in an abandoned castle where you have to lead a pale girl around and fight shadow monsters while solving puzzles.

Rom-coms would show two clueless single people walking down the street.
While distracted (phone, talking, whatever) they’d walk into each other and their horns would lock.
That’s the Meet Cute in a horned world.

Crash-Into Hello would almost always end in puncture wounds.

Horns would likely need very little care due to the fact that they would be useless to the average citizen of an industrial society
