That’s Winter. He spent all his money buying christmas trinkets and expensive food.

At least he doesn’t have heating bills.

The day, in a store, I saw packages of ice melter branded “Frosty’s Nightmare”. That made me chuckle.

As a northern norwegian this comic is difficult to relate to. We usually have snowfalls until the beginning of may.

As an Australian this comic is difficult to relate to. We rarely see snow except in July, the middle of winter. March is just Autumn, a time of Easter, slightly cooling days, and the end of the surfing season.

I like it that bugs can have a relationship/conversation with something as ephemeral as tulips.

Art imitates life! Environment Canada issued a heavy snowfall yesterday afternoon. The amount expected is down to 10 cm, and it started to snow half an hour ago…

Ha! Spring and sun one day and 25 below the next. The Earth is bipolar? 😛

Artist’s skill: making a flower look scornful. Pfft. Now i know why the flowers look that way as i walk through the snow.

Ditto on the scornful tulip. Adam gets terrific expression out of a few simple lines.

Scornful tulips are easy. Now a pissed off fern. THAT takes skill.

Please, Adam, can there be a ‘Pissed off Fern’ in the next comic?

Hey Adam, do you live in Minnesota? Because I go to school up here at the U of M and we just got snow, so that’s making me wonder if this comic implies you’re nearby…
