Having that song on 8-track makes me happy with this comic.

I don’t anymore. My mother took it. Imagine a box that played cassettes, 8-tracks, vinyl, and had AM/FM/radio. Granted it was hers, but I loved it!

          Boomer bug jigging! Yay!!!

“Imagine a box that played cassettes, 8-tracks, vinyl, and had AM/FM/radio.”

Wow. I remember two people that had one of those… three now that I think about it. One greenish display and two gold ones. Can’t remember who made them. I do remember Jefferson Starship’s “Earth” stopping songs in the middle to continue to the next track! Zeppelin and Styx too. The fact that I turn 50 in a few days (9/18) just became a more daunting reality.

What’s this “FM” wizardry you speak of?!

*realized how old we all are*

No, the T-1000 is the shape shifting killer, the T-2000 is a Kenworth truck. And I’m going to find out if it’s the one carrying the nitrogen that freezes the T-1000. It would be so ironic.

As for today’s comic, can’t get past panel one. Too excruciatingly hilarious.

Actually, the Kenworth T-2000 was released in 1996 while T2 is a 1991 movie.

I am a baby boomer and I DO NOT have white tufts of hair around the sides of my head. I do have mostly white hair, but still…

Since it’s “Hop on the bus, Gus” shouldn’t the title be “Take a brake, Jake”? 🙂

Nah… excellent strip as always, Adam.
