I would try shouting “SHERMAN ALEXIE!” when entering a library, but I think I’ll just get shushed.
I don’t know what this says about my mental state, but I was somewhat disappointed to see no bird on Actorbug’s head.
It means you must have an exceptional memory to retain anything about that fairly forgettable, regrettable adaptation. Not bad, not bad at all.
Without the bird, it’s just some actor playing Tonto. With the bird, it’s Johnny Depp.
Did anyone else think “That’s Bart-bug!” in panel two?
The bug in the first panel must be DB Cooper. Not many other people jump out of commercial airliners.
I know Lisa shouted “Sacajawea” in the Simpsons Movie (after Bart shouted “Geronimo”)
We had a cat named Geronimo once. According to the people from the shelter, it was because he liked jumping from high places.
All we ever really saw him do was bite us though.
…yeah, he didn’t stay with us very long.
Also, in addition to being skilled hunters and knowledgeable herbalists, Native Americans were also excellent ventriloquists, apparently.
