Me, I work, watch tv, eat and…read some. Not as much as I’d like, but there’s usually something good on tv…if you watch long enough.
This is actually pretty relevant with current economic state of the world. We used to go out and doing road trips but now it’s “The fuel is so expensive I rather stay at home watching Netflix.”
Also economic downturn means we have to work more. Some people even have to take two jobs just to pay the bills. This cut our “go out and have fun” time to almost zero. The invention of Internet doesn’t help too.

The last panel reminds me of one of your old strips, where you talked about how if you find a turtle, you can pretty much keep it. Do you remember that one?

I don’t know why but there’s something adorable about Bug just standing /sitting there patiently in the middle two panels.
This hits too close for me. I work at home from my bedroom. Maybe I should get a turtle to keep me company.
Ummm … what exactly do you do there? Is there a camera involved? I’m not so sure if a turtle is what your audience expects…
