What’s Bugs problem in panel 4? The knifes are clearly of equal size, therefore that’s a fair fight. No need to complain.

But Bug’s knife is for right-handed use, while Bug is clearly left-handed.

but Bug’s sword is actually larger(a bit), and relatively much more effective for someone his/her size.

Wait, maybe s/he IS complaining about getting the larger sword since it is too heavy.

I would totally expect such a complaint from Bug.

I think the Martian guy is at a disadvantage if he HAS to use the knife, since grab-and-smush would be so much easier.

The lower gravity makes you the strongest bug on Mars. It’s an equal fight.

Yeah, like John Carter of Mars on Barsoom. Win!

Panel 3 = So. Much. WIN!!!
Panel 4…why are you worried about getting smooshed when you both have knives? I’d think you’d be worried about getting stabbed! And clearly, as has been pointed out, your knife IS slightly larger, so…quit complaining and get busy living or get busy dying.

You are forgetting:
the freezing to death almost instantly and
the radiation cooking you slowly.

The water is pretty salty, they think, so you’ll probably float… but… since you are a bug… you generally float anyway… something to do with surface tension, hydrophobic hairs on your feet… or maybe that’s just water spiders? Did I mention I love the George Jetson bug in panel 1?

The match coordinator is the Martian warriors uncle. He had to put his nephew in somewhere, otherwise his sister wouldn’t quit harping on him.
